About Us
The invisible architect of unforgettable atmospheres
White Pix Entertainment is a door-to-door event entertainment company based in Eastern Suburbs, Melbourne. We arrive, set up, run the show and pack down — so your only job is to enjoy the event. When it comes to convenience and atmosphere, our service is like no other.
Booking Policy
We do not offer gear-only rentals — our equipment must be booked with our team to set up and run it. Please make your booking at least 1 week in advance so we have sufficient time to prepare and deliver the best possible service for your event.
Safety
To ensure everything runs professionally, one or two team members will always be present throughout the entire event. Some services include flashing lights and a smoke machine — please let us know in advance if this could be an issue for any guests attending your event.
Deposits & Payments
If you choose to pay a deposit, the remaining balance is due on the day of the event. If you cancel or don't show up, a $50 fee is deducted from your refund when you've paid in full upfront — deposits are kept in full.
Contact Hours
Weekdays 9:00am to 5:00pm, Saturdays 10:00am to 2:00pm — we're unable to answer calls on Sundays. Booking dates are available any day of the week, except 20–23 November.
