Please make your booking at least 1 week in advance.
This allows us sufficient time to prepare and deliver the best possible service for your event.
Safety
As part of our safety policy and to ensure everything runs professionally there will always be one or two team members present throughout the entire event
Some of our services include flashing lights and a smoke machine.
Please let us know in advance if this could be an issue for any guests attending your event.
Deposits & Payments
If you choose to pay a deposit, the remaining balance is due on the day of the event.
If you choose to pay the full amount upfront, please note that a $50 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund in the event of a cancellation.
